Simple Words for the Master Sandra Eastridge
These poems were written from the deepest feelings in my heart. Some are written for praise, some for thankfulness. Some were written in joy others in sorrow. Some were written in wonderment others in honor. I hope you read a poem that says, “Yeah, she wrote that for me."

book excerpt
GOD’S PROMISES ARE TRUE
In the darkest night or in tragedy deep,
God’s promises are ours to keep.
He did not promise skies of blue,
But he did promise to see us through.
His eyes are ever watching his child,
And even though he’s meek and mild,
He’s also strong and powerful and true,
And he makes that strength available to you.
Your name he’s written in the palm of his hand,
And you are a part of his ultimate plan.
Take courage God’s child and look to the sky,
For one day soon your redemption is nigh.
