You must have a BUYERS ACCOUNT to purchase ebooks. Once you have a BUYERS ACCOUNT, click the BUY button on an any ebook, then you will be taken through the payment process. Once you complete payment for an ebook, you will be brought back to your BUYERS ACCOUNT to download the ebook. It will be listed in the MY ORDERS section of your BUYERS ACCOUNT.
