Pieces of the Master's Quilt MaryAnna Hunt
This is a book written about my life and the various situations I found myself in. Some of them were quite harrowing and some are funny and make you feel good. I think this book will give your emotions a ride and maybe open your eyes to what happens behind closed doors.

book excerpt
Have you ever thought about what it takes to make a quilt? The pieces have to be cut to size and shape of the pattern thought through ahead of time. Then there is stitching the pieces together just right. When it is finished it is beautiful on one side and a mess on the other. God sees our lives from the beautiful side while we look at things from the messy. God is more than able to take the messes we have in our lives and make something beautiful out of it. He takes one piece at a time and places it in just the right spot to fill an empty spot in our lives. So when it looks like nothing good will come out of a situation just wait and let God finish the stitches and placing the pieces just so. Then you will be able to see the beauty in the midst of the mess.
