It was 4:30am and all was quiet, the Lord evidently awakened me and said I needed to check on John. With great apprehension, I tipped toed into the living room (which we had turned into a hospital for John), to see if he was alright. HE was lying just as we left him when we retired for th e night. He was so peaceful looking; one arm was out of the cover laying on his chest, the other, down by his side, under the cover. It was fairly dark in the room, lit only by a small Christmas tree which blinked on and off as a light house warning the ships in the ocean. John didn't stir as I came closer, his eyes appeared to be closed, but I couldn't tell for sure.......so I went into our bedroom and awakened Quintin. "Get up, please, and come look at John, I think he has passed away". Quintin jumped out of bed and quickly went to John's bedside. He felt his arm, looked up at me and said..............
